“TEMPO”make lab precision ovens are provided with the forced air circulation provided by means of motorized blower fitted on the oven for recirculation of air to maintain the uniformity of temperature inside the chamber.

Standard Models

Inside SS 304 with mirror polish & outside mild steel powder coated.

GMP Models

Inside SS 316 with mirror polish & outside stainless steel 304 with the dull buff finish.


Construction

Ovens are made of double-wall with backside triple. The unit is insulated with 3″ high-grade glass wool. The door is fitted on heavy hinges. The unit is provided with adjustable stainless steel rod trays.

Controlling System

Microprocessors based autotune PID temperature controller with a dual display of set value & process value for precise control of temperature with PT 100 sensor is used for temperature.

Air Circulation

The motorized blower with the insulated shaft at the backside of the chamber develops a unique airflow system which ensures maximum uniform temperature inside the chamber. The unique airflow ensures quick recovery after the door opening.

Heating System

SS tubular heating elements are used on the back walls to maintain uniform condition inside the chamber.


Features

Safety cum stand by a thermostat to cut off the heater supply in case of temperature overshoot. The specially designed stainless steel ensures uniform temperature distribution.
